Madan Negi May well be a classic example of the Government of Uttarakhand's push on infrastructure as a catalyst for attracting industries and tourist alike. With the huge and holly Bhagirithi River flowing all along its width and breath,it is being developed by SIIDCUL as an ideal location for the growth of small scale industries such as fisheries, food & fruits based industries. The Skill Development Centre proposed to be developed by JICA adds to the attractiveness of this place which already has the requisite connectivity facility and a helipad.
